Booking terms

Direct bookings are made with Patsourakis Group L.P., which manages Haris Apartments, Villa Haris and 25 Dikaiosinis Ave., through our booking engine (WebHotelier).

Your booking

• The price, what it includes, the payment terms and the cancellation policy depend on the rate you choose. They are shown next to each rate before you book and repeated in your confirmation email. That confirmation is your contract.
• Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge. Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until the deadline shown with the rate.
• Prices include VAT and legal taxes unless stated otherwise. The Greek climate resilience fee may be charged separately where the law requires it.

Arrival and departure

• Villa Haris: check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00, minimum stay 4 nights.
• Haris Apartments: check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
• 25 Dikaiosinis Ave.: check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Please let us know your arrival time. For late arrivals, call +30 2810 761 688.

Guests and children

• The number of guests may not exceed the capacity of the room or house.
• Haris Apartments: 2-guest apartments take 2 adults plus a baby in a cot; in 4-guest apartments the cot takes one of the four places. Cots on request, limited number.
• 25 Dikaiosinis Ave.: ideal for couples, friends and families with children aged 6 and over.
